Overview of Employment Process

We are glad you are interested in becoming a team member at Pinnacle Hospital.  If you are a qualilfied, dependable and dedicated person who believes patients should be treated with the utmost respect, dignity and personalized service, then Pinnacle Hospital may be a good fit for you!


We require all applicants complete an application either on-line or via offline download.  Resumes alone will not be accepted or retained.

Once you’ve successfully applied on-line, you will receive a confirmation via email to notify you that your application was actually received.  Unfortunately, phone calls confirming applications will not be able to be returned.

PLEASE NOTE - Typically, a large number of applicants are received so only those applicants that best match the requirements listed in the posting, as well as those with satisfactory work history, background and experience will be contacted.  Applicants that are chosen for interviews will be contacted via telephone.

Our hiring process includes but is not limited to: previous employer work references, criminal background check, post-offer pre-employment physical examination and urine screening, lab work to show immunity status of Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis and Varicella, and Mantoux/TB screening.
